Very simple… after an initial cognitive meeting with the bride and groom, in which desires and expectations are highlighted, the wedding planner will begin to elaborate proposals of locations compatible with the requests and budget expectations, and, when possible, inspections will be carried out together to ascertain that this is indeed the most suitable location.
Once the dream location has been identified and booked, the wedding planner will draw up a choreographic plan for the couple, a very detailed moodboard in which, with text and images, the project that will then be realised is highlighted.
What will be the colours of the event, what will be the style of the mise en place, where and how the ceremony will take place….and then all those details that will be developed later.
In parallel with this, the wedding planner will also make proposals regarding the various suppliers and personally accompany the couple to the various appointments, always providing support and assistance.
Once the phase of finding the location, the catering, and once the style of the event has been determined, a purely organisational phase will follow in which, after careful analysis, countless meetings and a sea of e-mails with suppliers, the timeline of the event will be drawn up, so that the bride and groom can have the super detailed programme of the event, and also the suppliers themselves know exactly what to do.
Finally, on the day of the wedding, the wedding planner will play the role of conductor and personally coordinate the entire team, ensuring that everything is perfect, exactly as the bride and groom imagined it!

Molto semplice…dopo un primo incontro conoscitivo insieme agli sposi, nel quale vengono evidenziati desideri ed aspettative, il wedding planner comincerà ad elaborare delle proposte di location compatibili con le richieste e con le aspettative di budget, e, quando possibile, verranno effettuati insieme dei sopralluoghi per accertarsi che quella sia effettivamente la location più adatta.
Una volta individuata e prenotata la location dei sogni , il wedding planner elaborerà per la coppia un piano coreografico, una moodboard molto dettagliata, in cui, con testo ed immagini, viene evidenziato il progetto che sarà poi realizzato.
Quali saranno i colori dell’evento, quale sarà lo stile della mise en place, dove e come si svolgerà la cerimonia….e quindi tutti quei dettagli che verranno sviluppati poi in seguito.
In parallelo a questo, il wedding planner farà anche delle proposte per quanto riguarda i vari fornitori e accompagnerà personalmente la coppia ai vari appuntamenti, fornendo sempre supporto e assistenza.
Una volta terminata la fase della ricerca della location, del catering, e una volta determinato lo stile dell’evento, seguirà una fase puramente organizzativa in cui, dopo un’attenta analisi, innumerevoli incontri e un mare di mail con i fornitori, verrà elaborata la timeline dell’evento, cosi che gli sposi possano avere il programma super dettagliato dell’evento, e anche i fornitori stessi sappiano esattamente cosa fare.
Finalmente giunti al giorno del matrimonio, il wedding planner vestirà il ruolo di direttore d’orchestra e coordinerà personalmente tutta la squadra, assicurandosi che sia tutto perfetto, esattamente come lo avevano immaginato gli sposi!
